一、个人简介

满国威，工学博士，讲师，毕业于中国农业大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业，主要研究方向为食品非热加工、果蔬加工及其功能性成分研究，在《Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies》《Frontiers in Nutrition》期刊以第一作者发表SCI论文一区2篇，二区1篇，主讲本科生《食品工程原理》课程。
