一、个人简介
樊秋霞,博士,讲师,本科生学业导师。主要研究方向为微生物资源挖掘与利用、食品生物安全防控技术、机制及应用,主持/参与省部级教学科研项目2项,在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Food Microbiology》、《Food Control》等国际期刊发表SCI论文10余篇;受邀担任Frontiers in Microbiology、Frontiers in and Infection Microbiology等期刊审稿人。目前主讲本科生《食品添加剂》、《食品工程原理》等专业基础课程。
