一、个人简介

博士,教授,硕士生导师。197910月生,2012年毕业于江南大学食品学院,获得食品科学博士学位,主要研究方向为食品添加剂开发应用,主持国家级教学科研项目1项,在《Food Chemistry》《Food Control》等期刊发表论文30余篇。主讲本科生《食品添加剂》课程。
