一、个人简介
曹伟伟,博士,副教授。主要研究方向为多酚稳态化技术研究,主持省部级科研项目2项,在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Food Chemistry: X》等期刊发表论文20余篇,授权专利2件,参与出版专著1篇。主讲本科生《现代食品物流》和研究生《食品绿色加工》、《食品加工新技术研究进展》等课程。
