一、个人简介
窦心敬,博士,讲师。现任食品质量与安全系副主任,主要从事油料油脂质量安全、功能脂质创制及营养代谢、食品真实性鉴别相关研究。博士毕业于中国农业科学院油料作物研究所,攻读博士期间,在德国联邦营养与食品研究所联合培养。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,参与国家、省部级项目多项,在《Food Chemistry》、《Food Frontiers》、《Mass Spectrometry Reviews》等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,担任Food Chemistry、LWT、Food Research International、Journal of Food Composition and Analysis等本领域权威期刊审稿人。
