一、个人简介
孙建瑞,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为益生菌资源挖掘与利用、植物活性多糖,主持国家级/省部级教学科研项目5项,在《Food Bioscience》等期刊发表论文30余篇,授权专利3件,出版专著1部。主讲本科生《生物工程设备》《制药设备与车间设计》等课程。
