一、个人简介

刘云宏,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为食品干燥加工与品质控制,主持国家级/省部级教学科研项目4项,在《Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies》《Drying Technology》等期刊发表论文100余篇,授权专利11件,出版专著1篇。主讲本科生《食品工程原理》等课程。
